1-3 people personal training sessions. First I do an assessment and based on your goals come up with a program to get you stronger and more fit. Great option for 1:1 or workout with a friend or two.

Physical and mental well being starts with movement. This offering combines walking with talking and checking in about whats up for you. Support for depression, anxiety & transitional times. I offer tools and perspective shifts to help you connect with your own knowing and inner guidance system. Unlimited text and call support in between sessions
