About Nicki
Born and raised in Marin County, Nicki Clark was shaped by the healing landscapes of the natural world. She specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, and periods of personal growth, offering an integrative approach that bridges mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her work is grounded, relational, and rooted in the understanding that sustainable change happens when the body and mind are addressed together.
Nicki is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. As a mental health–focused coach, she integrates psychological insight with embodied practice, grounded in the understanding that movement, nature, and present-moment awareness are powerful regulators of the nervous system and medicines for the body and soul.
She works with clients in person and virtually, offering individualized movement plans, integrative coaching, and supportive accountability within a comprehensive, mental health–informed framework. With over 20 years of experience as an outdoor guide, personal trainer, and mindfulness teacher, she brings depth, steadiness, and practical wisdom to her work.
Nicki lives in Muir Beach with her two teenage children and is passionate about helping others cultivate resilience, clarity, and greater ease in their lives.
